What I wanted: 4 females, what I got: 1 male (very nice colour), 3 females (2 preggo, 1 probably preggo OR very sick with a huge tumor in her belly, she was extremly skinny and I could see her spine)
I got them from the feeder cages, where I can not choose and first they all seemed to be fine from the top in their box. When I came home I saw the miserable shape of the one girl and decided to euthanize her, because even if she was preggo I doubt she would have been able to give birth or nurse the litter.
Even though this was a quite dissapointing event, I think i made a good deal, if the two females get their babies. I will keep the male and breed him to some girls of my stock because he has a very nice reduced red (almost light pink) fur and my girls from the grey X albino cross are very light grey, I like black eyed whites so maybe something nice will show up.
I will post some pics when time allows it.
