    Anyone ever been there?

    It's in Maryland if I'm not mistaken and I wanna put a trip together for me and my girl this summer.

    The have a reserver there with a bunch of wild ponies and you can take your car on the beach and see the ponies running free.

    If anyone has any tips for me on were to stay and such please let me know.

    Ya they say a Spanish cargo ship in the 1600's dropped off about 300 of these ponies and sunk offshore.

    Also the island has a fence. Half VA and half MD.

    You should go.

    Yup, I've been camping there. It was very windy, and I learned what it was like to be a kite. :rolleyes:

    I did enjoy camping there, and the beach is beautiful. It's been WAAAYYYY too many years since I've been there, so I really can't think of anything that might be useful now. Sorry. :oops:
