That's a Babycurus Jacksoni
It's about 2.5/5 in terms of venom.
It hurts more then the usuals, but it won't put you in the hospital.
It could be either a subadult, or a female.
My guess adult female.
If it where female it's chela(claws) Would be bulb-like or fatter. And it would have a thicker tail
