    All Texans Please Read!
This Tuesday, March 10th at 2 PM, there will be a hearing at the Capitol. If you can attend, please come and stand with us. It deals with our right to roadhunt.

THe bill deals with our ability and rights to roadhunt on public roads and right-of-ways. A bill was passed last year that made it illegal for us to do this. HB 1500 was an amendment to have reptiles, amphibians, and insects exempted.

If you have to ask that question, you would not understand. Let me guess, you work for TP&W?

    It is called fieldherping.

So, they're attempting to outlaw fieldherping?

    Why?

Texas is 98% privately owned property. You can not "herp" in state or federal parks. This only leaves the option of roadhunting.
