    The Gallon Challenge
    Hey guys,

I miserably failed the gallon challenge today. First of all, I didn't have a gallon of 2% or more milk; I only had fat free milk.

Second, I just suck at it.

I got down about a quarter gallon in 15 minutes, and then I just started throwing up.

I want you guys to share YOUR gallon challenge experiences. ;)

For those of you who don't know what it is, the challenge is to drink a gallon of 2% or more milk in one hour, and then hold it in for another.

    Thanks,

No way could I do it with any type of milk, good for you if you can....
I on an average used to drink 2 gallons of water throughout the day, (yes I've been tested my whole life for diabetes, as that is apparently a sign) I just drink an unusual amount of water (yeah try being on a mountain bike ride with me my whole camel pak is water..LOL)
Now due to medication I have to take, I had to add in some Lasix (which is a diuretic!) I swear I think I may be up to Four Gallons of water...
With that said I couldn’t even keep down a quart of milk... now or in the past...
    That is Definitely a challenge

Your stomach is not made to tolerate a full gallon, especially not of high fat milk(as opposed to water), which is why people have issues with trying to drink an entire gallon of milk(and why they specify 2% or more).
Nope, sorry, I prefer not to guzzle down milk as a challenge, and especially I prefer not to vomit up milk.

What would compel someone to do this?

I've done it with whole milk, no big deal. That was when I was maybe 14 and had a bottomless pit for a stomach.

Ick. The thought alone of consuming that much milk makes me gag.

    I'll pass this challenge.
