    Good Saturday Morning
I was sitting on the couch thinking man I wish there were some cartoons like woody wood pecker, Tom & Jerry, TMNT, ya know the cartoons that were on when we were kids.... Well I guess depends on your age on what cartoons you wish were on... I think we might have a few that miss Mickey Mouse and the steam boat...

Instead of watching TV that is sitting on the old TV, ya know the one in the cabinet... I watch my Saturday morning cartoons on LCD and I get my old cartoon fix from boom...

Cant we go back a few years so I can relive my child hood.... There is so much cool stuff I want to do.... I was too busy trying to get to where I am now... I liked it better when mom had breakfast ready and after breakfast and cartoons I would go outside with my brother or dad and go play....

You sure no one has built a time machine yet? I could use one right now...

Cant we go back a few years...

Oh well I guess going back and seeing it with these eyes would change it entirely...

Sorry guys just feeling a little nostalgic...

    Mike

Yea I know I am just a wee tot compared to some of you old farts... leave me be with my cartoons from the 80's and reruns from decades before...

You can afford to be nostalgic... you did not grow up in rural Saskatchewan.

A steady Saturday AM diet of Rocket Robin Hood and Hercules. If I get nostalgic I may cry thinking back to that. No wonder I hate TV so much. :)

I love me some cartoons... you don't have the simple cartoons that you used to. Tom and Jerry is my all time favorite... I really miss parts of my childhood. There are some things I am glad that I am done with, which is what I think about that keeps me from lingering in my past.

Anyone else old enough to remember H.R. Puff & Stuff on Saturday morning?

Puff & Stuff used to scare me to death (I think it came on Nick at Nite)

I spent several hours of last night watching Pete and Pete and David the Gnome on YouTube... tonight will be Salute your Shorts. Ok, not all cartoons but they were my favorites! (I'm 23)

Mine was always the Saturday morning usuals, Spiderman, TMNT, etc. If you have comcast or satellite there is a channel (don't remember the one) that plays the old superhero cartoons like Batman, Spiderman, Superman, TMNT, etc. I just remember its right after the Disney Channel. I remember getting ready for school and watching the OLD transformers, then they took it off :( But then they came out with Transformers Beast Wars and I loved it because it was CG :gj: and then it went off...whydo they have to cancel the good stuff! lol

Wait, when was this? The 15th century?

I never lived a day without a few dozen channels. ;)
