    That is blushing on his back, and a really nice example of it too.

    His color and pattern are well with-in the range of a regular Normal, but he does have some very cool blushing!

    Thanks. I was just curious cause his color is completely different then the other normal that I have.

    There is a amazing variety of "normal" coloration for ball pythons. From very dark with a lot of pattern to very light with very reduced patterns, lots of blushing, or deep velvety black.. that's what makes the "normal" so wonderful!
