Looking for more info on RETFs and Clown Frogs

Both seem to have pretty similiar husbandry requirements and I'm looking for anyone with experience with either of these two guys to give me some advice and husbandry tips.

From my research so far I'm looking at temps between 70-80. The humidity looks to range from 50% to 80% with misting but trying to be careful to watch for mold. I'm thinking of getting an exoterra setup and covering up the top screen. Any tips or pointers would be very welcomed!

Also anything to look for in the frog itself? How do I determine if it's healthy or thin? Any breeders that you'd recommend?
