    Shedding?
Hey guys! I've had my sub-adult female Hogger since November now, and she hasn't shed yet! My other growing snakes have each shed three times since then! Is this typical? Is there anything that might cause a delayed shed? She's healthy, clear looking, and eats for me every week.

Very normal, especialy if the other snakes are not hognoses.
Basically, hognoses are smaller and do not grow as fast once they reach a certain size, plus they should be in a brumation state about now (maybe not completely but at least partially) and won't really shed much.
Mine shed a TON when they were babies, now that they are older they barely shed. It's normal, nothin to worry about unless it seems like they aren't growing at all. Also, my hognoses (neonates and adults) have no shed since august or october. It's normal and once winter is over that'll change. Don't worry!
    How large is the hognose?

Here's a picture of her, I don't have too much luck with measuring. I should really take a picture with something as a size reference, that would make it a little easier.

Is she eating for you? As was mentioned, many hognose snakes go off feed until spring and might not shed at all during that time. In my experience feeding and weight are better gauges of health than shed cycels.

Also, do you know her age and/or weight? She may be pretty young or just thin (or just could be the angle) otherwise she kind of has the body type of a male.
