A dreamsicle is essentially a lavender albino pied right?
Is there any reason it is a lavender albino? Could it just be albino?

correct me if I'm wrong, but i believe Ralph Davis mentioned that it has to be lavender because the lavender makes the oranges pop when the pied is mixed in.

yep. and the reg albino pieds have colors similar to regular albinos.

The Lavender Pied is the Dreamsicle
If you use a regular Albino than it would be an Albino Pied not a Dreamsicle.
