How's my setup?
Here is my setup on my first BP, I have made a ton of progress because of advice from this forum so I thank everyone. Let me know what you think. BTW, if the humidity and temp look low, it's just because I JUST got done cleaning and had the top off for a while and took the pics after putting it right back on

Looks perfect!
How are you mesuring the hot side temps?

Looks like a good start. Please read the following if you haven't already:

With the Accurite in there, I would ditch the stick on thermometer on the tank, and the analog humidity guage...they are very inacurate.

Here's what most people do:
If you get a thermo/hygrometer unit with a probe, you place the actual unit on the cool side; this way it'll mostly measure the ambient temperatures on the cool side. The probe i place on top of the substrate in the hot hide.
***NOTE: Make sure the temperature on top of the glass, under the substrate, does not get too hot so it can burn the snake.***
If you want, you can add another thermo/hygrometer, place the unit at the warm side, and place the probe on top of the substrate in the cool hide.
---OR---
You can get a temp gun! :)

Thank you, Dutch. I forgot to mention the IR Temp Gun. One of the top 3 pieces of herp gear you can put your hands on!

Dude, I shoot temps with that sucker all the time in my cages.
To OP, the probes only measure on small area. With a temp gun, you can shoot EVERYWHERE. I find all basking areas, cool areas, etc., which makes the placement of my hides a hell of a lot easier.

where is a good place to get a good temp gun?

What is holding that lid down????!!!!!! I hope you realize the snake can and will reach the top and open it!!!! I would totally ditch that top and use a correct one. You are only asking for trouble.
