    My current project. Stumbled across this page a while ago, and finally decided it was time to try out for myself! Put a bit of time into it yesterday, and going to finish it up on monday.

    Right now I've got it all wired up so I can test it out and make sure it works.

    I don't have confidence that the shoes will provide enough insulation using the shoe to hold the generator, so I'm instead taking a bit of advice from http://phrets.com/electrifried/ and instead planning on making a hip-holster for the electronics and running a high voltage wire down to a ground plate in my shoe.
