Where to get breeding pairs?

Im not sure if anyone is in canada, or even near my area. But I am looking to get two breeding rats. Fancy or Dumbo, doesnt matter (although I would lean towards dumbo because they are stupidly cute;) ). The only rats in my area I can find are pet store ones which I obviously want to stay away from. I made an ad on kijiji, so I will see what I find, but I thought perhaps I could check if anyone knows anyone in my area. Im in Windsor Ontario Canada.

or perhaps someone could ship rats? can that even happen? lol, Im a noob when it comes to getting the rats. I dont want a big colony, just two, for my snake and my friends cornsnakes. I have read all about breeding and taking care of them, I just need to you know...get them now. lol
