long tail boa?

Hello.

We would like to have a boa. But concerned about the adult size. We where at reptile show in Arlington TX & swear we heard someone say something about a long tail boa that only gets 5-6ft as an adult.

Is there such a thing as a long tail boa or is this another name for red tail boa?

They're called Peruvian Long Tails, Boa Constrictor Longicauda.
