This is my first reptile expo, I'm really excited. Tickets are at the door right? And is the place hard to get to?

Yup, Adults admission is $7 at the door
If you're driving, the convention center is not hard to get to at all

Have to try and make the trip out for the next one... worst problem would be thinking I could not buy snakes and then having to haul them home. :)

Of course, pictures are a must and I'll be bringing either my D-SLR or digital camera for sure. I'll be certain to post pictures Sunday evening when I return if I'm not too busy setting up the new snake stuff or Monday =]

My first too, soo excited not even funny. Can't keep my mind strait at work, good thing my job isn't too dangerous, all I keep thinking about is the expo.
Any workshops, what time is best to show up, are people still setting up if we are too early or do some vendors start take-down early if we are too late.
Just trying to plan things the best I can.

If you get there too close to the end of the day, the vendors that are the early birds, or have a long ways to travel home will be pulling down that half hour to an hour early.

I have been delayed and got to expos at the end of the day to find out reserved snakes had been sold... :(

So plan your day well. :)

Go as early as you can. I believe the doors open at 9. Any later than 2 in the afternoon would be pointless. You wanna beat the crowds and families with tons of kids running around :gj:
