Time Warner Customers in Cali

Can you guys tell me if you can see this? I'm having issues with 1 person who can't see one of my websites but I don't know anyone else who's having the same issue. He's already talked to his ISP and they're saying it's the host, and I just want to collect a little more data before I go to them.

Time Warner is Kansas City and I can't see you

Hmm I posted this same thread on 3 seperate sites and this is the only site where anyone has reported not being able to see it. I'mma get a hold of the host and find out what their problem is.
