    :rolleye2:Hey can anyone tell me how long it usually takes for ball pythons to become gravid? Ive been breeding my pair since october 3rd, witnessed 13 copultions, she shed twice how much longer should i wait?

    It will be FOREVER......or at least it will feel like it. I agree with the others keep it up untill you see an obvious ovulation or till she gives you eggs. Good luck

    I have had snakes lock for over a year before seeing eggs. Patience is one of the most important factors in breeding these guys;)

    Never give up. If it was so easy everyone would do it. I have been going since September and haven't seen anything except for one of the 5 females I have witnessed locking has been laying inverted which still means jack to me.

    Dont give up, if we gave up every year we probably wouldnt be where we are now. It might take a while, we have a female Iwe've breed countless times over the last three years and we have yet to see any signs of being gravid. to add on to that shes poss het albino and if she doesnt give eggs we'll never know. So dont give up I had my first ovulation take three months of breeding lol
