A BP, or a young BCI. Eventually I want to get a jungle carpet or a rainbow boa, or even a blood pyton [I hear they are mean], they're all fairly cheaper from what I have looked up, and at a show they've got to be no more than $100.

i already have a few BP's and i cant permanently house a bci in a 41qt tub? wont that be to small. I just wanted to know some options for potential pythons that can be housed in my rack.

Not permanently, thats why I said young. Then I just figured that as he grew you'd be able to build him an enclosure as I'm planning to do for mine soon.

Otherwise, I'd say a general colubrid would work. I have handled an adult corn before and he was beautiful, vibrant orange. Great to handle too. From what I have looked into about corns they come in just a variety of colors, I really like the butters, creamsicles and lavenders. I just found this site on the different color morphs they have [the lavender pic isn't the best, google them and you'll see some cool ones]: http://www.reptileallsorts.com/cornphase/index.html

A spotted, children's or stimson's python. They can be a bit nippy when young but most settle in as mellow adults.

I keep my adults in a 41qt rack.
