    Question for you breeders?
This is my first breeding season and I have a quick question. My female just started her first shed cycle since the breeding season started, and I was wondering if there can be more than one shed cycle before she lays her eggs? Or is this the one I start my count down from(til the eggs are laid)?

    Thanks for the help.

It depends if she is actually cycling. just because you introduced a male doent mean the female is in her breeding cycle. The ovulation is the best sign you have a successful breeding. The shed after the ovulation is the most important, 30 days after that you should see eggs. Otherwise it could just be another shed or one of the four sheds during the breeding cycle with the last being the shed after ovulation(the one that really counts).
