    No bird was used in that video. A small explosive charge was used to break a turbine free and allow it to be ingested into the engine.

    yaa in mythbusters they made a chicken cannon n fired off a few rounds of free range at a small cessna cockpit ... not at a jet engine ... but i knew a guy that was on the safety team for one of the big jet engine companys and he said they used a simlar cannon with both frozen n thawed chickens lol
