RBI rack owners? holes or no holes?
Ive been using mine without holes drilled seems to be working great, just wonder if you have holes drilled or not?

They aren't ventilated well enough on their own, in my opinion. So I melted holes in them with a Soldering Iron.
I had a hard time drilling, it always seemed to crack the plastic. That and a Soldering Iron was $10 and 10x easier (to me) than a drill.

I have the 32q racks and I've never put holes in the tubs. My temps would never stabalize right in my house with holes in the tubs without uping the tstats way high. What I do is is win I put the white safety pin in, I slide the tub out until it touches the pin which will leave a tiny space. I think it really depends on the environment outside the racks aswell, if your house is hot or on the cold side. I havent seen any probs with my method thus far.

I don't have issues keeping the temperatures up, mostly because my herp room is set to 82 ambient. :)
