Where to buy hardware cloth ???

I plan on getting some more snakes pretty soon. That means Im going to have to expand my rodent population.. So I will be building a rodent rack very soon. I was at Home Depot today looking for some supplies and I couldnt locate any hardware cloth. Does anyone know where to get this ? Maybe the Home Depot I went to didnt carry it ??? Thanks

Home Depot usually cares it, but where they have it makes no sense. I found it in the outside section of my Home Depot, it was by the area where you can find stepping stone bricks and stuff like that.

Aside from Home Depot, you could try Lowes.

Both lowes and home depot carry it.

Generally Home Depot has it in the gardening section and Lowes in the fence/kennel aisle.

Garden center at Home Depot. I have found that asking for chicken coop wire if more effective than asking for hardware cloth. They look at you funny if you ask for the latter for some reason.

You could also try a farm and feed store.

Lowes is usually cheaper than home depot here, its around $30 at lowes and $35 at home depot for 3'x25' 1/2x1/2

Yup, agreed.. I have bought a lot of it at Lowe's and I have seen it at Home Depot.. Also, check your local nursery if it's a big enough one and they'll usually carry it too... But Lowe's is prolly the cheapest..;)

Most employees at Home Depot have no clue what you're asking for - I was sent to the paint department when I asked for it. I found an employee willing to search the store with me to find it - mine was also with the other fencing materials.
