    Red Tail Locals?
So...I have decided on a Red Tail over the Carpet...and decided I'm not too worried whether it's a BCI or BCC, as long as it's gorgeous and actually has a RED TAIL...lol...(unless I decide to fork up for an Anery...something about the Grey/White/Black that gets me!)

Is there any one locality that is supposed to be better tempered than others? I have found some FrEaKiNg beautiful Peruvian's...as well as Suri's...

PS. I think I have taken a liking to the "clean" look...not sure if one locality is more prone to have the "dirty" or "freckled" look???

    Thanks for all assistance!

My fav is Suri....but I have seem some really nice Peruvians that are slowly changing my mind. I would hit up Jimi for the lowdown on the differences between the localities in general, and go from there. However, if you think a Peru is better in general, but you happen upon a Suri that you absolutely love...dont hesitate to buy it just because it isnt what you thought you wanted.

I would push you to not get a BCC. Just my take on it, BCC's are very unforgiving as far as husbandry errors go. They are very sensitive to food, trust me. I have had boas for YEARS and just recently got my first BCC about 6 months ago, and she has been a handful to get going.

There is some amazing BCI morphs out there now, in a rainbow of colors.

As far as personalities go, I think all localities tend to be more aggressive than there non locale counterpart.

So are there any BCI's that have the red tail? Or any BCI's that are Anery? I am obviously new the idea of either BCC or BCI, so I don't mean to sound like an idiot...I really like either the red tail or Anery....

Anery is available in BCI, but you wont find BCC quality reds in any BCI's.

I will probably splurge on an Anery BCI, but I am still drooling over this pic of a Peruvian:
