Importation Cost and Laws

I'm leaving to Germany for college in 2 years. Right now I only have one Mojo BP but I'm considering getting a Pastel &Lesser Plat./Jungle Carpet Python. However before I buy these I'm curious if anybody knows the Importation Cost into Germany. So far I know the importation of endangered, poisonous or dangerous animals is illegal and that only three animals are allowed to be brought into the country. Also can the flight affect their health? Could I just take them with me on my flight there?
Any help is appreciated as I don't want to purchase an animal I can't keep and take care of.
