Why are old posts showing up as new?

Maybe it is just me. But every now and again I will check my subscribed threads in user cp, and a thread I subscribed to hours days or weeks ago will say that there is a new post. But when I click on it, it will be the same old post that was there even though it was read along time ago.

Are they posts that have a poll attached? Because if so, when someone votes on the poll, even if they don't post in the thread. It will show as a new post.

Yup...what Tony said....Whenever someone submits an answer to a Poll, it shows up as a new thread....

Sometimes. but not all the time.

Well then in the case with the poll, I would say that is what's happening. But otherwise I have nothing. :confused:

I will double check from now on because I may be mistaken, and they could all be polls. I have been wrong in the past. But just a time or two;) Thanks.
