Step by step instructions please?

Could someone post a step by step guide to breeding bps. I have been reading up on all the different steps needed from cooling the female to ovulation to pre lay shed etc. I just would like to see all the pieces together in order as to the best way to breed a female. I am interested also in knowing the best temps for cooling abd for how long you should do this, and how many time you put the male in with the female and for how long each time, etc. I just wnat info on everything. Thanks
