I thought I got what I paid for but now I'm not sure.

Do sables have a clear belly?
This would be a good indicator to check.

is that a granite?

looks too light to be a sable, but also looks like a dark normal. IDK, that's a tough one for me.
I'm not sure of other visual signs of a sable besides coloration.

Sables are a really difficult morph to identify. That being said, it does look similar to the Sables I've seen.

Sables have a unmistakable velvety/glossy/iridescence look about them. They are almost like the "shiny" morph of the Ball Python world.

The dealers reputation should tell you more than anything.

I originally voted normal....but now that I see the reddish blushing that NERD described, I think it is possible that it could be sable, but I dont think it is a prime specimen to display the morph.

I bought (and paid) for a sable.

IMHO, the pattern does not look Normal. It looks just like the description on the NERD site for a Sable.
