I GOT ONE!!! BTS at last!

After 11 years of wanting and wishing... fate has delivered the herp I've dreamed of owning! :banana::partyon::fest2::pinkele::fest::sunny:

This evening, I adopted an adorable 3 month old Blue Tongue Skink from a family that was splitting up/moving. I got him for only $50! :D:D
I believe he's a Northern, since he has a slight pink shading to his sides and his brown is rather light. I'll get some pictures tomorrow, after he's had a chance to warm up and settle in.

True, in order to accept this little guy I've had to agree to find a new home for my rabbit. :( But, seeing as the bun is shedding and Ari is showing signs of being allergic to rabbit fur/dander... that's not that terrible a thing. I just have to post him and all his EQ on Craigslist and look for a good, worthy owner.

But... YAY! I have a BTS!!! Now, gimmie all the care suggestions and advice you can! :)

Congrats, they are alot of fun. We have a 6 month old Northern who is quite the little goof ball. :rolleye2:

OOOO I love BTS! Especially Northerns! Bummer about the bunny. :( But I think you will LOVE the BTS...I think they are one of the most over-looked lizards. They have just as much personality as a Bearded Dragon. I've been juggling the idea of gettin one for some time. Congrats again! :salute:

BTS are amazing lizards. I think that you will find your new addition to be ten times better than you imagined.
