Good green anole care sheet?

A friend of mine got one of these, and I want to make sure she is taking care of it right :D

Anyone want to point me to a good green anole care sheet? The ones I've found using google are pretty bland and I could have written without any knowledge at all.. which makes me think they WERE written without any knowledge at all.

A few specifics I want to find out for her: are basking lights needed? what should the diet be? do feeder insects need to be dusted with calcium powder, and if so, yes or no on the vit-D3?
