Re: Poor Shedding (Eye Caps)
:welcome: I normally just them take their sheds off themselves, but have use clear tape over their eyes to remove eye-caps. Make sure that you soak them before this to loosen the cap up. Then put the tape on one eye at a time, and then pull the tape off. The cap should come off very easily. Be very careful while doing this, because if done incorrectly could lead to injury.
Hope this helps. :)
Re: Poor Shedding (Eye Caps)
I would normally just wait until the next shed and see if they come off with that, but my concern is that they didnt come off twice now. The skin over her eyes is very crinkly and dry, even after soaking.

How long are you soaking for?
I would soak for about 45min-an hour.. Put the snake in a tub with a top, put the tub in the aquarium over the heat pad to keep the water from getting to cold and THAN take the snake out, use a cloth and hold the snake with the cloth, don't squeeze or anything but put some resistance/pressure on the cloth and allow the snake to slither through.
Don't soak like this too much as it can lead to medical issues!
Goodluck!
