    Y'know I was wondering the same thing. I'd never even heard of them until I saw an ad on KS for double het caramel snows. Sounds like a really cool project. Have any actually been produced as of now? I really wonder what they would look like since some caramels do retain a certain amount of melanin.

    I think TSK and some of their customers have had a shot at producing these for at least a couple years. Hopefully we'll see something this year. I bet they are very cool. Maybe something more along the lines of a true ghost with a pattern outline than a snow.
