Garter Snake Slammin down a fuzzie

My first snake I ever had and I still have is my 'ole run of the mill Common Garter snake here are some pics of him takin a fuzzie. Never could really handle him though he is really aggresive.

just grab that sucker outta there. the bite only stings for a sec.

i grew up in the middle of nowhere in michigan, and i remember catching those as a kid. never kept them as pets though.

Garter snakes are awesome! Brilliant little characters,lively and beutifull.

some of them take well to being fed fish in a small dish filled with water! It's so cool to watch them go fishin.

Yeah, i had a florida water snake that was an EATER! i kept fish in his water dish so whenever he was hungry, he just went and grabbed one, SO CUTE!
