    Are Closeups a bad thing?
I was always thinking this but when we take pictures of our snakes, (we meaning, all of us in the community) I noticed there are a lot of nice closeups and whatnot. Does anybody think the flash is bugging our pets?

I don't think it really effects them, but I was just wondering if anyone had ever thought this was either bad or irritating to them? I know they have bad eyesight anyway, but dang, flashes are bright!

Well when I am doing close ups I am usually in macro mode so no flash involved...

I never use flash. Mainly because it tends to wash out colors. I just set the lense to macro and go from there.
