    can fir bark be used
    i went to local pet shop yesterday and they where marking down a whole bunch of stuff and had naturebark marked down a dollar a bag i use this for my blood but ho is it for ball pythons?

    Let me begin by saying that i have no idea. But, Fir is a type of pine. Pine is not good because of the oils. So wouldn't that stand to reason that Fir is not goog? Again, i don't know, but that's my thought.

    Most people around here, including myself, seem to use aspen a lot. You can order it pretty cheap in big bags on the net.

    Not to be an ass, but Fir and Pine trees are not the same trees.

    Same family, but not the same trees.

    I know this because i'm allergic to pine trees so my family always got douglas firs for Christmas.
