trying to find exact tub sizes?
I have been looking around and its hard to tell what people have decided on for sizes?

    hatchling 6qt?
    juvi?
    adult male?
    adult female?

trying tof igure out an exact scale to go by :D as I am building a rack wall now and would like to setup for all the sizes.

    32 quarts

    41 quarts

But depending on the animal I personally might skip the juvi size.

This is a pretty good base though some do keep adult females in 32 quart successfully.
I personally use both 32 and 41 for breeder females. You can keep a 1500 - 2000 gram female in a 32 though larger females like my 3500 you should probably step it up to a 41. You do have to consider if you can give a proper temp gradient with the smaller tub. Are you using belly or back heat, and open air or closed air rack. These are some things to consider.
