I had a small issue with a poster I ordered from them, but I contacted Kara here (KLG) and she took care of me sending me my original poster and an extra for the office :) She did right by me and I was satisfied.

I don't mind that it is taking a while to actually get my book but what bothers me is that I have not heard one peep from them to even acknowledge that they got my order - my M/C has been charged so I am a little worried that the order got lost or something.
I guess I just didn't expect this from them. I will wait until the middle of next week and if I don't have the book or at least some sort of communication from them I will be forced to dispute the charges on my card.
Very dissappointed - I was soooo excited to get the book.

Thats a shame but you must keep in mind that they run a huge facility and I'm sure they were backed up with the recent holiday season. If you haven't done so already I would send a PM to Kara her id is KLG here.

I do realize that the holidays come into play here and must admit that I wasn't aware that they are a huge company so maybe they are just behind in filling orders.
It hasn't been an extremely long time since I ordered so I am not surprised that I didn't receive the book yet - my only concern was that I have not had any correspondence from them - that seemed odd to me. I am a CSR for my job and I guess I am basing it off what I do for my customers - I also send them an acknowledgement of their order ASAP.
How do I PM someone from this site??? Never done that.

I know that with the snow up there NERD had a total loss of power for several days (not being able to communicate) and I am sure it will take a little while to get caught up however I have no doubt they will.
Things that how behind anyone’s control happen sometimes and on the top of this it was also the holiday season.

Great news, I heard from Kara and she is shipping my book out today.
It appears that it was a power outage and they had no way of getting ahold of anyone.
