    Condensation Problems
Recently I got a new snake rack and I have one snake in it right now. I've noticed on the front of the snakes tub there is condensation forming. The water is in the front and I'm using paper for the substrate. Temps are 90 on the hot end 78 on the cool end and there is belly heat. My other rack is a freedom breeder, so I've never had any problems with condensation. What do you think is causing it? Here are some pics of the setup-

I would add some air holes along the sides to improve air movement. Near the bottom.

i usually put my air holes on the sides of the tub first about an inch down from that rib

you'll get condensation build-up anywhere where warm moist air is rising and cooling. Usually you put ventilation on the back walls of display tanks so the condensation isn't interfering with viewing your herps. Is condensation in BP tubs a bad thing? I don't worry about some condensation as long as my humidity readings are ok, and I stir my substrate a lot to keep from getting soggy patches.
