I would strongly recomment seeing a vet, even if some other users recommend different. Also, all the other BPs that you got with this one should go in aswell to ensure they are ok

I couldn't really tell on the belly but yes, the chin is scale rot. So I assume that the belly mark is also scale rot.

The snake vet is off until later this week so I cant bring her to a vet that knows anything about snakes until then. Is there anything I can do by myself right now?

Change the substrate to clean news paper, im not sure what the protocol is on misting and giving water, but i do know dampness is usually what causes it. Do this int he mean time and please go the vet ASAP

It does look like scale rot....I'm wondering if you may have a seperate issue there as well....do you feed live? looks almost like a bite mark on the chin.

I feed live but I just got these snakes so I havn't fed them yet. But I think that the last owner also feed live and not in a good way becuse some of them have big scars on them.

make sure tank has clean substrate, I recommend paper towels. remove water bowl, you don't want the snake to soak, but offer it water daily, apply regular neosporin tid or qid until you go to vet, they may place him on additional antibiotics.
