Re: new owner needs help
Maybe im wrong but once every 2 weeks is a big strung out isnt it?
Check all your temps, humidity, and hides. If all are ok, then i would try A) different prey switch to a fuzzy rat or hopper which ever is the proper size for you. B) take it to the vet and check for any parasites or other health problems. Goodluck. Please keep us posted on progress. :)

Re: new owner needs help
Posting your set-up, currant temps, humidity, etc is the only way that people could advise you on why your snake may not be eating.
There are many reasons that snakes refuse to feed, but they range from mild to serious problems, and without information, we can't help.

Re: new owner needs help
WOW! 5 months and only feeding every two weeks, probably should be eating once a week.

Re: new owner needs help
A good rule for feeding is: Every 5 days until 100g in weight, then every 7 days.
We'll have to know all the specifics of your setup:
What type of enclosure? (tank or tub)
What the temperatures are?
How you're measuring those temperatures?
What the humidity is?
What substrate you use?
What your heat source is? (UTH, heat tape, lamp)
How you control that heat source?
What food you offer to the snake?
I know I forgot a few, but you get the idea...we would have to know everything about the setup to rule out husbandry issues as a cause of non feeding. Other possible causes are parasites and sickness, or simply a winter fast. It could be almost anything, so the more information you give us, the better we can help you out. :)

Re: new owner needs help
watch the weight of the animal, if its not losing any or much, dont worry about it and wait till the weather starts warming up a bit more and your snake will probably eat then.
Sometimes they stop around this time of year. So long as they arent losing much weight, i wouldnt worry about it.

Possibly the winter cold.
