    A question for anyone with full grown boas
    I'm just curious. Do boas keep their color when they get to be full grown? Can anyone post pictures of the same snake as a baby and adult? Thank you.

    In general they get darker from my experience.

    Do some hold their colors better than others?

    Don't BCI tend to brown out a bit while BCC keep the red a bit more?

    There is no set rule that BCC stay more colorful. I have seen some "normal" BCI that would blow the colors right off a BCC.


    Its all relative. If the boas parents were dark, chances are, babies gonna darken up. Genetics pass along a lot of things.
