    My soon-to-be Incubator!! (DUW)
I'm so excited that I am kind of at a loss for words right now. Ive been looking for a cheap display fridge for a long while, and couldn't find ANYTHING! But just in time for Christmas - I stumbled across this! I was talking to my buddy about how I need an incubator, telling him about how it works and everything and he told me "you know...we have something that would be perfect for that at my work." Not only did he talk his manager into letting me have it - but I got it for FREE!! Check it out!

Yes, thats a built in thermometer - giggidy!

Here's a nice view of the sliding doors at the top!

A nice shot of the inside. The lower part on the left continues to the end of the pic.

I don't even have to drill any holes. It has a drain at the bottom, near the step up, that leads out the back!!

    The plug out the back:

I can't believe I got this thing! I love it! It is about 5 cubic feet. The outside dimensions are 33" tall, 29" wide, 22" deep. I'm ordering a herpstat tonight, as well as some flexwatt. Any suggestions on the placement of the flexwatt and/or the rack height for the baby tubs to sit on would be greatly appreciated! The bump protrudes 9.5" high and 9" inward. There is some clear caulk on the seams, I will go over them with aquarium silicone. Only one clutch this year. Thanks for lookin!

Some large grocery stores, like Jewel, get display fridges to show products..are used maybe once...and sit in the storage room. If you have a friend who works there, or you do, it shoudlnt be too hard to talk a manager into a way of getting rid of these, since they are just taking up space. This one was in a box for the last three years. I got reeeeeeally lucky! Thanks for the compliment! Herpstat and flexwatt is on the way. Not sure where to place the tape to get the most even temps. herm...
