not true, I've seen some pretty messed up people like that elsewhere in the world. South America and Asia can be even worse in how they treat living wild animals, even if they are meant for food.

I don't disagree with eating turtle, but that guy is just hurting the poor things for no good reason. NEVER hold a snapping turtle by the tail!!

I wasn't talking about the way he treats the turtles; which is despicable.
There is a lot worse in other places but the only place in the world you're going to find someone like him is in the states...

That's just inappropriate for someone to handle those poor animals in such a manner. -Sighs.- Idiot.

i disagree. also an avid hunter, this is just another way of hunting. i would never hunt like this, but in one way or another hunting anything is going to hurt the animal in some way. sometimes youll shoot something and never even find it. i say as long as hes eating them, i dont see a problem with it.
but ya, only in america youll find someone like that, but thats why america is so great--you can do whatever you want.

Ok ... well he is eating them .... *sigh* Just not my thing ... and I can't imagine really catching them any other way .... to each his own ...

That being said I do believe I found myself my new favorite quote ... "...I got my teeth knocked out with a chainsaw." my reaction when something like this:
    :O nuuuu-uuuuuh! :8:
