    at wat age do pastels start to turn brown?

    Depends on the snake. Some get lighter and some brown out. I have noticed with my pastel that he has browned out alot since he was smaller and hes only about a year or soo.

    I think it's very individual. Some lines are said to keep most of it's color as they grow. I think the Lemon line are one of those lines.

    I know my VPI Pastel male looks better then others I have seen and theirs were younger animals.

    It's going to depend on the animal. Winston is 2 years old in this picture:

    He's starting to brown a bit on top, but the yellow is still predominant on him. He is a lemon pastel
