    Bin Heaven
I just moved my girl Cu from a 40 gallon glass to a 41 quart (10.3 gallon) bin today. Cu is 3 years and 3'10"

I was hesitant to move her now, because she's in shed and that would really stress her, but I did, mostly because I was having humidity issues in her glass tank. An hour after I sprayed it and got it up to 80%, it would be back at 50%. Four hours ago, I sprayed her bin and got it up to 70%, and now it's at 77%! It's amazing!! I reccommend bins to anybody who doesn't want to ever think about humidity again!

It does look kind of small though. It's 34.8x16.5x6". Earlier this week, I was told on this forum that a 41 quart is great, and that it should be about 6" tall.

Here are some pictures. Tell me what you think. I know the water bowl is waaay too small; her normal soak bowl didn't fit, so this one is only temporary until I get one that will fit.

I drilled holes in the side, too, and weighed the top down with a heavy bowl.

I would lose the cardboard box - with the higher humidity, it's only going to harbor bacteria and mold.

Here's how I set up my adults in 41 quart Sterilites:

I use a small kitty litter pan as a hide that is dark enough to provide a dark place for them to feel secure, but large enough that there is a cool and warm side inside the hide that they can move from side to side:

Hard to tell since she's coiled on top, but here's an adult that's larger than her on the cool side of the hide:

and with the hide replaced and her outside of it:
