Wow now that's an incredible looking animal! Wonder how big a bateater gets?

Eh, not a fan of the bateaters. Even though it is a wild produced hybrid, still not a fan.

Personally, I'm not convinced they have ever hybridized in the wild. Not a big fan of hybrids, in general.

I believe the first ever Borneo Bateater was in Tom Crutchfield's possession. Which was a wild caught specimen.

Actually Tom had it imported. It was sold to him as a 'WC', none have ever been documented in the wild that I am aware of.

I think they are pretty great looking in person. I'm not really against them I guess since it can happen in nature, but I would rather have a pure retic if I were to get a giant.

Ya I don't really like the idea of hybrids but I can't deny that it does look pretty cool.
