I got this boy a while ago for free from someone. I new he was a looker from the almost full stripe, but someone recently mentioned in another post that he's a possible shatter? What do you think, here are more detailed pics. the smudge pattern are not scars, the scales are normal

like it says in the post, they are not scars

I think it looks like a shatter pattern to me... :)

A low grade shatter maybe?
