Introducing(as promised): Regan

So, most of you know that I picked up my first het. albino female from Adam this past Saturday. After tinkering with her enclosure and such, I figured out something that I can live with for right now.
Before any of you say anything, she has two large hides for a reason. I want her to feel as secure as possible, and there's only a once-inch hole for her to wriggle through between the two hides because they're connected. This way, she can move between the two of them without being seen or bothered until she's more acclimated to me and everyone else. I also spend most of yesterday trying to find a hide that I felt was right for her. I think that these do well for her because she's pretty much unseen the entire time unless she wishes to be seen. That's her choice. Temperatures are near perfect. 92.5F on the warm side, 86.1 F on the cool side, and 65% humidity. It was great to see those kinds of temps for her.

And now...the picture show. I have her box, but I didn't do reveal pictures. I was a little too impatient. I whipped out my knife and I swear Adam almost peed himself. ^_^ Too funny.

Haha. It's a newspaper flier than my boyfriend got in the mail. I use newspaper for all of my kids, so...yeah. And I'm pretty sure she has musical talent; she hisses beautifully!

Mel, I like the set-up. I was going to tell you on that other Forum we both post on that the hole between the hides is a really good idea. I bet she has no problem regulating with that set up.

That was my hope. She's so tiny and she fits in my hand. I wanted to give her something she can regulate with that made her feel safe while she's still getting used to everything.

Oh, haha. My stick-in-the-mud dad even thinks she's cute. Mwahaha.
