Uncommon

I was looking through a snake book yesterday and came across many different types of snakes that are not that common in the reptile trade that I think would be really cool to work with. So do any of you have any uncommon reptiles you want to work with or currently have?

Personally, I liked the ringed pythons when I first saw them. I know they're not that common, and apparently it's because they can be very picky about EVERYTHING, thus making them hard to keep. But I think they're really neat. I am also in love with cave dwelling rat snakes. They're not all that uncommon, but not everyone has heard of them, either. They don't even look real. I'd love to have one some day.

Post up some of the uncommon stuff you saw. We can always learn more!

Some of these might not be that uncommon, but they are snakes I'm interested in.

Black Milk Snakes
Childrens Python

And there was this little green snake that eats insects that I can't remember it's name. It was really thin, with a tiny thin head and it was bright green.

The cave dwelling rat snake looks very interesting. I like the snake's head.

Oh I have a black milk snake. :) I love him - really great snake.

Apparently Pictus Geckos are uncommon. I have 3 females and I have been looking for a male for a few months now.

I had a Liasis Fuscus that I could not find a mate for and ended up trading. He was a really cool critter and I kinda regret letting him go.

We called something like that a "Grass snake" in louisiana, absolutely skinny, usually less than 18 inches long, eats grasshoppers etc.

What's that last lilbugger, he is a cutie!

i really want a few vine snakes... they have a few at the place where i get my feeders... but just not convinced on them yet.

Raising and or buying feeder gheckos and anoles, not such a groovy thought.

But they just capture me... gorgeous snakes.
