    Equine fresh
So I was searching tractorsupply online, and this is what I found equine fresh pelletized bedding for horses, 40lbs. for $6.49 Is the the stuff that everybody is refering to? The stuff that makes it for there is no stench of feeders? Also I was wondering if it is okay to use corn and dogfood as my feed for my feeders or do I need to use something else to assure good quality of my feeders? Thanks in advance:)

    :gj: Yes it is.

I have been using it for a little over a year now and would never go back to any other kind of beddings.

Also a little advice if you breed rats make sure to use those pellets in combination with wood shavings for your nursing females with pups up to 2 weeks old (and use very little of it).

When used alone with pups under 2 weeks you will see an increase in losses.

For youngs over 2 weeks old, breeders, mice and ASF you can use the pellets alone without any problem.

Don't use corn, corn tends to mold and they will get no nutritional value from it.

Mazuri 6F or 9F is one of the easiest ways to provide a complete diet for your rats. The better they metabolize their food, the less waste, and ultimately the less stink, with bigger healthier breeders and pups.

Or any feed store that also carries Purina products can order for you because Mazuri is owned by Purina.

some dog foods are really bad to use for feeding rats and some are good.
as for corn its pretty much just extra filler.
