    Quarantine Question
I've got a difficult question regarding a quarantine procedure, and I'm hoping to find some insight here.

I have a Sterilite 1960 rack set up in my basement that I use for quarantine. After not using it at all for several months, I cleaned it and put some leopard geckos in it. They currently occupy two of the four slots, and the other two are empty.

I will be receiving a pair of ball pythons as part of a trade for some used cages. One is a 4' adult and the other is a yearling. They have been with the current keeper for a year and he has not reported any problems. Regardless, they will be in QT for at least 90 days.

My question is whether or not it is safe to house them in the same rack with a couple of geckos. To the best of my knowledge, geckos cannot contract IBD. Are there any other dangers to be aware of?

    Thanks in advance!
